Hi there! I\u2019m Lisa a fully qualified counsellor based in Cheltenham, with full membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).\n

I believe that every individual has the capacity for change, growth and healing.<\/h6>\n

Grounded in a person centred approach, I aim to support you with empathy, authenticity and acceptance on your journey toward greater self-understanding, self-acceptance and emotional wellbeing.<\/p>\n

I provide a safe, non judgemental, confidential space where your voice is heard at a pace and depth that is right for you.<\/p>\n

Through this collaborative process, we work to uncover patterns, develop self awareness and support you to be able to make choices that feel more aligned with who you truly are. I work at your pace, giving space for your truth\n without ever minimising what you\u2019ve been through.<\/p>\n

I am also a trustee of a local counselling agency for young people, where I also volunteer regularly.<\/p>\n

I am fully insured and take part in ongoing professional supervision and professional development to ensure my work remains ethical, effective, and always in the best interests of my clients.<\/p>\n

All sessions are held in accordance with the ethical framework of the BACP.<\/p>\n
