I&#8217;ll get back to you usually within 48 hours.<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>Do you offer a free consultation?<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>Yes \u2014 I offer a free 30 minute online or telephone consultation which may help you decide whether I am the right counsellor for you.<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>What is person-centred counselling?<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>It&#8217;s a collaborative, non-directive talking therapy that places you at the heart of the process. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, without judgement in order for you to move toward\n                      the goals that matter to you. <\/p>\n                    <p><strong>Are sessions confidential?<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>Absolutely. Everything you share remains confidential, except in specific safeguarding circumstances, which will be discussed in our first session.<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>How long are the sessions?<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>Each session is 50 minutes long.<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>What happens during the 1st session?<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>I understand that the first session may generate a lot of nerves. There is no expectation to prepare or share everything all at once. I will invite you to share what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process\n                      at a pace guided by you.
